Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods
We accept international bank transfer (T/T), Wise, and major online transfer methods. For repeat buyers we can arrange other options — message us if your preferred method is not listed. Bank transfer to our US collection account via LianLianPay is available now; card / PayPal / 2Checkout are still under review.
Payment terms
Standard terms are full payment before dispatch. For large or customised orders we accept a 30% deposit with the balance settled before shipping. Terms are confirmed in writing on your invoice.
Currency
Prices and invoices are issued in USD by default. If you prefer to settle in another currency, we will quote an equivalent amount based on the exchange rate on the invoice date.
Invoice
A commercial invoice is issued for every order, showing item, quantity, unit price and total. If you need specific invoice details for customs or accounting, send us your requirements with the order.
