Acceptance of terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders. These terms apply to business buyers unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Products and descriptions
We sell natural crystal products. Natural stone varies in colour, pattern, inclusions and shape from piece to piece; such variation is a characteristic of the material and not a defect. Product images are representative of the style. Our products are decorative and craft items and are sold without any claim of therapeutic or medical effect.
Orders and quotations
A quotation is an invitation to order and is valid for the period stated on it. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and payment terms are agreed. We may decline or limit an order where stock, pricing or compliance reasons require it.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in the currency shown and exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due according to the terms on your invoice. Where payment is made through a third-party provider, that provider’s terms also apply.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes in accordance with the agreed shipping terms (for example DDP or DDU) confirmed on your invoice. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report damage within the stated window.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which AltarMala Wholesale is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or commercial protections that apply to you.
