Wholesale Policy
Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is 20 pieces per style. Mixed wholesale is welcome — you can combine different styles and categories in one order to reach the MOQ.
Tiered wholesale pricing
Pricing is tiered by quantity: 1–99 pcs, 100–499 pcs and 500+ pcs. The higher the tier, the lower the unit price. Prices shown on product pages are the entry tier; contact us for quotes at higher volumes.
Sample orders
New buyers may place a sample order of 1–3 pieces per style to check quality. Sample pieces are charged at the standard single-piece price, and the sample fee is refunded against your first bulk order.
Stock availability
Core styles are held in stock with a 90%+ availability rate. For seasonal or rare stones, availability changes with each shipment — always confirm stock before you plan a listing campaign.
Customisation
We can supply existing styles in your chosen bead size, length or packaging. Custom designs require a minimum order, a design confirmation sample and a longer lead time. Message us with your requirement.
