Dispatch time
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order or customised items need 7–15 business days before dispatch.
Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide, with our main markets in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. Delivery is typically 5–12 business days by air express depending on destination and customs.
Shipping cost
Shipping is quoted by weight and destination at the time of order. For bulk orders we will present the best available carrier option and the exact cost before you pay.
Bulk packaging
Combined wholesale orders are packed in bulk — individual pieces are wrapped and labelled, then boxed for transit. If you need retail-ready packaging or your own labels, tell us before dispatch.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued once the parcel leaves our warehouse. You can track it with the carrier, and we will follow up on any delay until the goods arrive.
